Reporting anti-social behaviour to Lambeth Council
(you should also report to local police as above)
For some people anti-social behaviour (ASB) might be noisy or nuisance neighbours. For other people it might be having to walk past people drinking in the street. It can include graffiti, litter, fly-tipping, abandoned cars, dog fouling, dumping, spitting, street urination. It can also include feeling intimidated by individuals or groups or experiencing hate crime.
You can telephone Public Protection on 020 7926 5000 during office hours for reporting and advice and information.

To report Anti Social Behaviour or noise nuisance:
Please call Lambeth Public Protection response service 020 7926 5000, due to service demands you may have to hold or call back, we apologise for this inconvenience.
Our operational hours are:
9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
and
6pm to 2am (Tuesday and Wednesday)
7pm to 3am (Thursday to Saturday)
6pm to 2am (Sunday)
6pm to 2am (Bank Holiday Mondays)
We are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Please also report incidents of ASB (NOT NOISE) online with the police as below, these reports will be directed to the appropriate local policing teams.

Lambeth Noise Response Service, please use this service in the first instance during operational hours to report noise.
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN REPORTING NOISE OR ASB EITHER BY PHONE OR ONLINE
There is some information we will require to successfully investigate any complaint or report of noise or ASB, this information is extremely important for us to be able to evidence the noise or ASB as required by the law and take any possible action.
Who – a description of the individual/s involved in the noise or ASB, the better the description the more likely they will be identified.
What – a detailed description of the noise or ASB you witnessed.
When – accurate details of the date, and the time you witnessed the noise or ASB.
Where – accurate details of where you were and where you witnessed the noise or ASB.
Why – a brief description of why the noise or ASB you witnessed caused you harassment, alarm or distress.
Your details - We understand that reporting noise or ASB can be worrying, however you will need to be contacted in the first instance for an investigation to be opened, for the details of the report/complaint to be confirmed and to possibly assist with any further investigation.
